Sourita is joining the Russell Lab as a PhD student in the fall of 2022. She is currently working as a Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in the Space and Atmospheric Sciences Division at Physical Research Laboratory, India (2017-2022). Prior to this, she completed her bachelor’s in Physical Sciences from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Trivandrum, India (2013-2017). During her Ph.D., she will be focusing on aerosol-cloud interactions with respect to Arctic climate change. In her free time, she likes to cook, bake, paint and go out on the beach.
